Warranty
Our Warranty Commitment
We build footwear to be used hard and used often, and we stand behind it. Every pair purchased directly from our official store is covered by two complementary warranties: a long-mileage sole warranty and a manufacturer's warranty against defects.
Warranty Coverage at a Glance
| Warranty | What It Covers | What You Receive |
|---|---|---|
| Long-Mileage Sole Warranty | Outsole worn down beyond the specified wear threshold | A substantial discount toward a new pair of the same style |
| Manufacturer's Warranty | Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship | Store credit for the original purchase price or a replacement |
1. Long-Mileage Sole Warranty
What Is Covered
Our proprietary rubber outsoles are engineered for extraordinary durability. If the outsole of your footwear wears down beyond the wear threshold specified in our warranty terms, we will provide a 60% discount on a new pair of the same style at full retail price.
Why a Discount, Not a Free Replacement
The intention is simple: if you wore a pair far enough to wear through the sole, you clearly loved them — and we want to make the next pair genuinely affordable rather than charge you full price again.
Applicable Products
This warranty applies to our proprietary rubber outsoles and our co-branded performance outsoles. It does not apply to outsoles produced by third-party manufacturers for specialty styles.
2. Manufacturer's Warranty
What Is Covered
If you experience a manufacturing defect within the warranty period from the date of purchase, your item may be eligible for a replacement or store credit. Covered defects include:
- Delamination or separation of the outsole from the upper
- Seam failures or stitching defects present at the time of purchase
- Broken or defective hardware, eyelets, or strap anchors
- Bonding or adhesive failures not caused by misuse
- Material flaws such as cracking or splitting under normal use
Coverage Limits
The value of any replacement under this warranty is limited to the original purchase price of the item.
What Is Not Covered
Purchase-Related Exclusions
- Third-party purchases — items bought from independent retailers, marketplaces, or other third-party sellers. Please contact the original seller for assistance.
- Transferred ownership — the warranty is non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser.
Use-Related Exclusions
- Normal wear and tear — general signs of use that naturally occur over time, including cosmetic scuffing, creasing, and gradual tread smoothing that has not reached the wear threshold
- Misuse and improper care — damage caused by exposure to extreme heat, prolonged direct sunlight, harsh chemicals, or improper storage
- Machine washing and drying — damage caused by washing or drying footwear in a machine
- Unauthorized repairs or alterations — damage caused by your own repair attempt or by a third-party cobbler
- Accidental damage — cuts, punctures, burns, animal damage, or damage from collisions and falls
- Improper fit issues — discomfort arising from selecting the wrong size, which is handled under our 60-day return policy instead
Where You're Covered

All purchases made through our official online store are fully covered under both the long-mileage sole warranty and the manufacturer's warranty.

Purchases made from independent retailers, third-party sellers, or online marketplaces are not covered. If you purchased from one of these sources, please contact the seller directly for warranty or return assistance.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
Before You Start
Please have the following ready:
- Your order number and the email address used to place the order
- Clear photos of the issue
- For closed-toe styles: a clear photo of the manufacturing tag, usually found on the tongue or inner side
- For sandals: a full photo of the entire sandal — no tag needed
- Footwear that has been cleaned and dried before photos are taken
The Claim Process
- Submit your claim through our warranty portal or by contacting us through our Contact page
- Receive confirmation — we acknowledge your claim and assign it to a warranty specialist
- Review — we assess whether the issue qualifies under one of the two warranties
- Decision — you receive an email with the outcome and next steps
- Resolution — approved claims receive store credit or a discount code toward a replacement pair
Important Conditions
Keep Your Footwear
Please keep your item throughout the warranty process. Discarding it may void your warranty, because you must be able to provide photographic proof of possession with your claim.
Additional Information Requests
Depending on the nature of the claim, we may request that the footwear be returned to us, or ask for additional photos showing the full extent of the damage or unwearable condition.
Our Discretion
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine whether a particular claim or condition qualifies under our warranties. Every claim is reviewed by a person, not just a checklist.
Legal Information
The warranties stated above are exclusive, and no other warranties — express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose — are made by us. Our obligation is limited to repair, replacement, or credit as described above.
We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on incidental or consequential damages, so these exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by jurisdiction.
